Bio
BIO / FRANKLIN KOCH
I love telling stories that make people feel something. I’ve led social teams, managed interns, and built content that reached millions. My focus is doing work with meaning, not just noise, using marketing to connect people and create impact. My passion for ocean conservation keeps me grounded in purpose and pushes me to build ideas that matter.
I’ve built a mix of experience across marketing, strategy, and creative direction. At Voodies, I led social growth to over 140K followers, managed interns, and built campaigns that connected culture with strategy. With Salt n Still, the conservation platform I created, I ran storytelling, web development, and content creation that supported ocean nonprofits, which gained attention and led to a contract creating content and managing a conservation community for Planet Deep Blue. I’ve also worked with Top Hat, Midwest Roof and Solar, and Win at Life, where I learned how to blend data, SEO, and creative thinking to build campaigns that actually move people. My journey from studying marketing in Chicago to leading real projects has shaped how I think, how I create, and how I collaborate. Across every role, I’ve grown as a leader, a teammate, and a creative.
I love marketing and advertising. I grew up surrounded by it, and being young during an advertising boom made me see how much it shapes human nature. I think it’s one of the most interesting things in the world, and over time I’ve gotten really good at noticing patterns, spotting trends, and understanding what makes people connect. It’s what I love to do, and it’s what keeps me inspired to keep creating.
